Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are usually processed the same day.
  • Made-to-measure or heavily embellished gowns may require additional preparation time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.


Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear depending on the courier.

If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us at williamsea.wsuk@gmail.com.


Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs checks, weather conditions, or courier delays. If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate this with the courier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery):

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made, and we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.
